In this tutorial, I would like to show you how to integrate Salesforce and sync your ThriveCart customers to your CRM.
To get started let’s install and activate the Salesforce add-on in your Cart2WP settings/Add-ons panel. Afterwards, you will need to provide the following information:
- Salesforce consumer key
- Salesforce secret key
- Salesforce email address
- Salesforce password
To do so, open a new browser tab and log in to your Salesforce account. Go the the Setup menu. Next, open the App manager under Platform tools and create a new Connected app if needed.
If you go back to the App manager, click on the view option of your app and you will see the 2 secret information needed for your integration settings.
Copy and paste the two keys in the required fields under your Cart2WP settings panel at the previous browser tab. Next, provide your username and password and save all the settings to finish your integration to Salesforce.
That is all! All your new customers will be added to your Salesforce CRM account automatically.
